Very Good

The hotel is close to my family member's location in Thonburi and easy to commute to them. My kids love the swimming pool, pingpong table, and breakfast because they offer delicious American-style breakfast. The 7/11 convenience store is just a couple minutes away from the hotel. The deluxe room is spacious and the staffs are friendly. I did a reservation through Booking.com and a reasonable price range for the location.

Set on a quiet road with many local restaurants but also close enough to main road for taxi and tuk tuk to explore. Huge

Huge rooms, nice location within 2 minutes walk to shopping centre and main roads for tuk tuk to travel anywhere in Bangkok.

Bathroom needs a slight upgrade and tidying up

Almost perfect

Brilliant place to stay and excellent value for money. Train station and hop on - hop off boat are both a 10 min walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The boat is great as its cool and there is no traffic. Lots of restaurants and a supermarket not far. Beat local.reaturants were Pa Song Pee Nong and Baan Glang Soi (both about 2 min from the hotel). Nailin Kitchen has great food also but is a little more expensive. Breakfast at hotel.was great, as was the roof pool. I Reccomend doing a taxi tour to the Summer Palace and Ayutthaya. Cost us 2,000 THB return for the day using a taxi from the hotel and was well worth it! Taxi stayed with us the entire day and stopped wherever we wanted along the way before dropping us back.

Very close to a perfect stay. Only things that were a bit annoying is that they tried to put us in a room we hadn't booked (downgrade) for no change in price. When you're travelling with a baby, just got off an 11 hour flight and it's midnight, you just want the room you booked. They gave us the room we booked in the end which was perfect. We also booked a room that had a fully stocked kitchen. But It had no plates, bowls, cutlery, etc, so we had to ask every time we wanted any. Concierge and reception never answered phone so we always had to walk to reception to do anything.

Great room and location

The room was large and had a separate bedroom. There was also a small kitchen area. The bed was comfy and the everything was very clean. The staff were very helpful. The hot water was plentiful. The location is great - near the river, skytrain and Robinsons.

The breakfast was always warm not hot. A few choices but many were not the western type for breakfast. The steps up to the reception were very steep and high.

The staff were friendly and the room was a lot bigger than I needed. Nice short work from a lot of food choices.

The swimming pool felt over chlorinated, I'm not sure if that is at the expected level in Thailand.

The hotel's location and the value for money are encouraging for future visits.

The hotel's strong points include its location (near the BTS station and city boats, easy access from the airport & easy access to the main tourist spots), spacious rooms, and large beds (which are very big and comfortable). Another advantage is the breakfast (typical hotel fare, varied food, and always on time) and the service - the staff are very friendly and helpful, with the restaurant personnel being exemplary.

A drawback of the rooms is the noisy air conditioning, as well as slightly dated fixtures like the bathtub, shower, and furniture. However, these are not major issues.
